About the AI Lab
The AI Lab is a series of monthly meetings focusing on the practical use of Artificial Intelligence in project management. Each session offers the opportunity to explore real-life cases, discuss challenges and discover innovative AI tools. Join us for a unique, pragmatic and hands-on learning experience.

The AI Lab is a series of monthly meetings where participants can share real problems that they face in Project Management and explore solutions for the problems using AI tools.
Any project management specialist (project managers, project coordinators, scrum masters, PCOs, project planners, cost controllers) as well as anyone dealing with projects can participate and benefit from the ideas exchanged.
There is no background prerequisite; there's no minimum number of years of experience to be part of this program.
Topics will vary between challenges brought by the participants and themes brought by the moderator. All topics are related to project management. So in one meeting we focus on risk management, another one will discuss scope change management, etc.
The AI Lab 2024 is moderated by Alcides Santopietro, an experienced professional in the global project management field. Lab sessions will also count on guests who'll present their solutions and points of view.
The Lab sessions follow a hybrid format, with a group of participants joining on-site (in a well-located building in Old Montreal, Canada) and also virtually through a Zoom session for those who can't be present on-site.
Just subscribe to the annual plan and you'll automatically be invited to all sessions in 2024. Alternatively, if you want to try out the Lab AI before subscribing, you can also purchase the access to one single session.
